Best Mow Service

Our service is scheduled weekly throughout the season and automatically renews from season to season until you cancel. We mow front and back yard, and we only use small mowers. (Grass or weeds growing inside of beds will not be cut.) We use a weed walker to trim around beds, trees, fences etc. sidewalks and driveway are edged with a steel blade. When all the work is finished, we ensure to blow the clippings from sidewalks and driveways.

Mow Day

We mow Monday through Friday and are in a designated area each day of the week so that you will be assigned a specific mow day. Although we assign a specific mowing day, the time of day your lawn is mowed may vary from week to week. There is times we are running behind and we have to work till 7 PM, so don't worry if your lawn is not mowed by 5 PM.

Lot Size

Our lawn mowing price is based on a lot size of less than 11,000 square feet. We do not mow lots over 11,000 sq. ft due to our small mowers.

Long Grass

If we arrive to your lawn and the grass is overgrown (6” or longer), there will be an additional $30.95 charge added to normal mow price.


We begin our lawn mowing season the second week of April and ends on the first week of November. If you wish to delay your season start date or end your season early, please email us at or call our office at (303) 854-9994.


You are guaranteed 100% satisfaction with your mowing service. As a customer, if you ever feel that your mowing is not satisfactory or you feel that it was not mowed, please email us at or call our office at (303) 854-9994 right after your lawn was serviced and we will come back and fix it within 48 hours. Credits are not available.


You may cancel your service anytime you wish, for any reason. Please understand though, that if you do not cancel your service, we will return to your property from week to week throughout the season and from season to season. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at or call our office at (303) 854-9994 Cancellations must be submitted before your mowing day and Friday if your mowing day is Monday.

Pets and Gates

Please make sure to keep your dog inside your house and gates unlocked on your mow day. If we are unable to mow the back yard due to a dog in the yard or a locked gate, you will still be charged. We are very careful about closing gates before we leave, but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape.

Items in the Yard

We ask that you please pick up all small items such as toys, hoses, pet waste, and other items in your yard before we arrive each week.


If we happen to damage anything, please contact us anytime at or call our office at (303) 854-9994 we will repair or replace the damage as soon as possible.

Rain Days

We always try to finish our routes, even on rainy days. However if we are washed out due to heavy rain all day, we will reschedule it for the next day. To avoid excessively long grass, we recommend that our customers allow us to mow even when the lawn is wet.


Please do not water your lawn on your mow day. Wet grass makes it harder to mow and will cause clumping.


We will charge your debit or credit card each week the day your lawn is mowed. If your card is declined, we will try the card again the following day. If the card does not go through a second time, your next mow will be put on hold until we are able to reach you. If you respond quickly with another card, we will promptly put you back on the schedule with no late fee.

Pricing is based on the square footage of your lawn. We will measure the square footage of your lawn if needed.
